- The Council of Single Mothers and their Children ~ A non-profit organisation founded by single mothers to improve their lives and their children. They do this through telephone and email support; they give single mothers a greater voice and advocate for their rights in employment, income security, affordable childcare and housing, and respectful treatment from government agencies. Their membership is free and allows you entry into their private FB group.
- The National Council of Single Mothers and their Children ~ provide service in the areas of Financial Hardship, Child Support and Domestic Violence.
- Women’s Legal Services Australia ~ Their mission is to Promote a safe, supportive, non-discriminatory legal system that is responsive to the needs of women. They provide free information about Family Law or an initial appointment which offers the opportunity to understand the relevant legal processes, entitlements, and options to take the next step. Services are provided in each state.

- ShareAbode ~ works on the principle that two single parents raising children together, sharing resources, rent and living expenses together can achieve more than one going it alone.
